Facilities and Amenities Club Hours: Monday - Thursday 5:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Friday 5:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. $7 for Alliance members and $12 for Alliance guests per visit. Limit of 6 visits per month. Club Features: In-door lap pool Cardio/strength training equipment Group exercise classes Personal Trainers Spa Services including massage therapy, facials, manicures, pedicures and waxing. Physical therapy from Integrated Therapy, LLC is also available.
